Our GBD team is passionate about ensuring your home is a place of safety and retreat for your senior loved ones. Our team will oversee all of your home renovations. Your GBD Advocate will:
Review and approve final renovation plan
Manger all contractors
Manage budget
Ensure all inspections are passed
Provide weekly renovation updates
Final walk through and inspection

Create a transitional home for your loved ones
Let GBD design your transitional home for your senior loved ones. Whether they are returning home from rehab or moving into your residence, GBD can design an ADA safe home just for you. Each home is designed for seniors with mobility challenges. Based on their need, we ensure all challenges are removed so that our seniors can remain self-sufficient while being close to loved ones.
Our designs can be used as a stand-alone housed on your property or as an attachment to your home so that your loved one have easy access to their family. Homes can be temporary or long-term. Financing options are available.
